Fastest Weight Loss Diet Claims
You’ve probably seen these ads before:
"Lose 30 Pounds In 30 Days Guaranteed!"

"Lose 11 lbs. In 7 Days With No Hunger And No Cravings!"
"Lose 18 Lbs. In 4 Days, 100% Guaranteed!"

Ignore all that.
For the most part, they're all lies. Big, fat, deceiving lies.
The Fastest Weight Loss Diet...
...almost always backfires, here’s why.
Your body is smarter than you think. Remember, it can burn only 2 pounds of fat per week. Starve yourself with a so-called "super fast weight loss diet" and any weight you lose 2 lbs/week is not actually a loss of fat. Rather, it is a loss of water (which is recuperated in just a few days), or of lean muscle mass (which is shortly regained as fat).
Unless neutralized by certain hormones or techniques used under medical supervision in some controversial quick weight loss systems, the fastest weight loss triggers your body's "survival mechanism". This forces your metabolism to slow down and makes you store as much fat as you can, as soon as you have a chance, and to hardly give it up.
The bottom line is that the fastest weight loss diet always backfires.
It’s too drastic to maintain. Malnourished and emotionally starved, you eventually give up. You think you've failed once again. You end up feeling guilty and frustrated. Discouraged and helpless. This makes you eat more for emotional comfort, especially carbs and sweets, so you gain weight even further.
Next time around, wanting to distance yourself from the inevitable feelings of failure and guilt, you blame it on your metabolism or genetics. You give up asking yourself, "Why bother, anyway?"
But just think about it.
It's not you who failed; that 'fastest weight loss diet' actually failed you!
Consider this.
If you want to truly succeed in reaching and maintaining your ideal weight, everything you eat and every workout you do must be a pleasurable experience. If you're not enjoying yourself, it's unlikely that you'll continue. It's that simple.
Don't let yourself deceived by the shameless lie of any so-called "fastest weight loss diet".
You're smart.
Take the frustration, guilt, and deprivation out of weight loss, and allow your body to adapt to common sense gradual lifestyle changes that don’t compromise your health. Pretty soon you begin to act, look, and feel at your very best, and start enjoying your life again.
All these being said, if you want to kick-start your weight loss and motivation, if you are in good health AND if you are able to follow strict guidelines, you might want to consider certain diets for quick weight loss. However, you can’t stay on them forever - they are not a viable way to achieve and stay at your ideal weight, they merely kick-start your weight loss when you're desperate to lose weight quickly >>
