BREAKFAST
2-egg spinach omelet made with a pinch of butter (use ½ cup raw spinach)
1 bell pepper - red, yellow or green

Alternatively, make yourself a yummy protein shake with:

LUNCH
6-8 ounces grilled chicken breast or pork loin
