  • 1 cup cinnamon-flavored herbal tea

Alternativelly, make yourself a yummy protein shake with:

  • 1 scoop of whey powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 scoops oat bran
  • 8 oz non-fat milk or rice milk (unsweetened)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder (or lemon grind)
  • alcohol-free whole-leaf stevia extract to taste

LUNCH

  • 6 ounces grilled chicken breast or pork loin
  • 1 bowl salad: Romaine hearts or mixed greens, ½ green or red bell pepper and 4-5 mozzarella cubes drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice - add salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of Ryvita with avocado spread and ½ sliced tomato
  • 1 cup orange or cranberry-flavored herbal tea

DINNER

  • 6-8 ounces grilled turkey breast or fish (halibut, salmon, tuna) – the meat should be free of hormones and antibiotics, preferably organic
  • 1 cup steamed brown rice mixed with 1/2 teaspoon butter, a pinch of caraway, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli with an avocado-garlic-lemon dressing
  • ½ fresh bell pepper - red, yellow or green
  • 1 cup orange-flavored herbal tea

As you can see, it's actually not difficult to eliminate the foods that cause Candida and still eat delicious, fulfilling meals on your anti Candida diet.
